As Canada’s only BD coach exclusively for lawyers and CPAs, I understand that excellence in your profession does not always equate to success.  My BD coaching isn’t built around a book, manual or proprietary “system”. There are plenty of those on the market – often bought because someone senior in the firm bought into a methodology requiring a book or platform purchase that looked good but rarely fits every practice. I’ve contributed to some of those over the years and have concluded that nothing beats practical, experience-based coaching.  My approach is to work with you to boost your practice – helping you win new clients and secure more work from existing ones.
