Larry brings over 30 years of experience in professional services to his work as a Business Development coach for lawyers and CPAs. Earlier in his career, he became a partner in two international firms – a fee-earning partner in both and later emerging as the national Chief Business Development Officer in one. That dual experience gave Larry a real-world understanding of what drives revenue, what stalls BD progress and what helps practices succeed.  

Nearly 20 years ago Larry founded Korverge Inc., a BD consultancy based in Toronto and working across Canada. His work is entirely focused on helping lawyers and CPAs generate new revenue – winning new clients and originating new relationships, and securing more work from existing clients.  

His clients range from lawyers and CPAs in national and international firms to those in regional, single-office and specialized boutique firms, as well as sole practitioners. Working across this wide range of environments has given Larry a clear understanding of how BD functions inside real practices – and how to tailor coaching to the realities of each setting.
