RETREATS AND AWAY DAYS: Identifying issues and creating the format and content of retreat or away days. Providing facilitation to ensure the event is productive. Follow-up on action commitments.
TEAM MANAGEMENT / LEADERSHIP TRAINING: Developing and facilitating customized courses, seminars and other events for groups of firm leaders who may use psychometrics, like Myers Briggs Type Indicator, to clarify personality, team dynamics and team roles. Team-building exercises including reflection and contemplation of self and others.
CORPORATE IDENTITY: Identification of a firm’s differentiation, values and market positioning. Recommendations on communicating that differentiation through your corporate identity.
CLIENT FEEDBACK PROGRAMS: Independently interview clients and ex-clients as part of an existing client relationship program.
